Opening and closing meter readings for each nozzle, less test litres, give litres sold, the cash you should have and your margin.

Litres sold on a nozzle = closing meter − opening meter − test litres (fuel run into the measure and poured back). Litres × rate = the sale you should have for the shift.
Add up cash, card and fleet or credit slips, and compare. A short means fuel left without money: check for a missed credit slip, a wrong rate after a price change, or a meter read wrongly before you blame the salesman.
Margin per litre is fixed by OGRA and changes with notifications. Enter the current dealer margin for your product. Check dip readings against the tank too, to catch leaks and short deliveries.
Litres = closing meter − opening meter − test litres. Sale = litres × the rate per litre for that shift.
Often a missed credit or card slip, the old rate used after a price change, or a meter read wrongly. Check those before blaming the salesman.
The dealer margin per litre is fixed by the government and OGRA notifications and changes from time to time. Enter the current one.
