In simple words
- Keep your PIN secret; you are responsible for what your staff do with the access you give.
- Message only people who know you, about bills, udhaar, orders or fees. No spam.
- If the plan is not renewed, the account becomes read-only; your data is not lost.
- Check important numbers, like tax returns, with your accountant.

These terms apply when you use Apna Munshi at apnamunshi.com, run by MGH. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your PIN and password secret. You are responsible for what your staff do with the access you give them.
- Give a real mobile number. We use it for login codes and important notices.
Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You can download them at any time (Settings → Backups) and delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Messages to your customers
- Only message people who gave you their number and expect to hear from you, for example about bills, udhaar, orders or fees.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies. Do not send spam or prohibited content. Messages charged by Meta or SMS companies are your cost when you use your own number.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Pakistani rupees, at the price shown when you subscribe. If a plan is not renewed, the account becomes read-only. You can still see and download your data.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, try to reach other businesses' data, or use Munshi for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Munshi accurate and available, but you should check important figures, such as tax returns, with your accountant. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Big changes are announced in the app before they apply.
