The buying price is only the start. Add the parts you changed, the repair labour, any PTA or other fees, the box, charger and cover you give, and a small share of the shop's rent and bills. A phone bought at Rs 35,000 can easily cost Rs 40,000 by the time it is on the counter.
Price from that full cost: cost ÷ (1 − margin). At 15% margin, Rs 40,000 ÷ 0.85 is about Rs 47,060, rounded up to Rs 47,500.
Before buying, check the IMEI on the phone and the box, its PTA status, the seller's CNIC, and get a written receipt. Munshi's mobile shop tools keep each repair job with the phone's IMEI, and every phone you buy and sell in your stock and books.
Selling price minus everything you put in: buying price, parts, repair labour, PTA or other fees, and a small share of shop costs.
Full cost ÷ (1 − margin you want). A phone that cost you Rs 40,000 in total sells at about Rs 46,000 for a 13% margin.
The IMEI on the phone and box, PTA status, the owner's CNIC and a written receipt, the battery, screen, camera and charging. Keep a record of every buy.
