Medical store software: batches, expiry and formula search
Sell the earliest expiry first, see what will expire before it does, find substitutes by salt and keep the schedule-drug register.

A pharmacy loses money quietly. Medicine expires on the back of a shelf, a customer walks out because you don't have one brand even though another has the same salt, and the drug inspector asks for a register that was never kept.
Batch and expiry
With the Medical pack on, every medicine that comes in has its batch and expiry date entered from the dealer's bill. It is required, so it can't be skipped in a hurry.
When you sell, the earliest expiry goes first. The Near expiry list shows what will expire soon, so you can return it to the dealer or sell it first. The evening summary on WhatsApp mentions it too.
Formula (salt) search
Search by the salt instead of the brand and Munshi shows every medicine you stock with the same formula. Offer the customer a substitute instead of sending them to the next shop.
Schedule drugs
Mark the medicines that need a register. Every sale of them is listed in the schedule-drug register with the date, bill number, quantity, customer and any note on the bill (such as the doctor's name), ready to show when asked.
Everything else
The rest is the same as any shop: quick bills at the counter, udhaar for regular customers, dealer bills and a reorder list.
Choose Medical store when you sign up and the pack is switched on for you.
