Clinic and hospital software: from the token to the discharge bill
Tokens and MR numbers at reception, prescriptions on screen, lab reports on WhatsApp and a bed board for admitted patients.

A clinic's busiest hour looks the same everywhere: a crowded reception, patients asking how many are ahead of them, a doctor waiting for the next file and a lab that can't read the handwriting on the slip. The Hospital module was built around that hour.
At reception
The receptionist searches the patient by name, MR number or mobile. A new patient gets an MR number that is never reused. Pick the doctor, take the fee (or leave it unpaid), and the token slip prints with the number of patients ahead.
If the patient comes back within the doctor's follow-up days, the follow-up fee is charged instead of the full fee. You set those days per doctor.
A TV in the waiting room can show each doctor's current token and the next five. It refreshes by itself.
With the doctor
The doctor presses Call next. On screen they see the patient's earlier visits, allergies in red, and room to write vitals, complaint, diagnosis and medicines with dose and days. Lab tests are ordered from the same screen. The prescription prints on your letterhead or goes to the patient's WhatsApp as a link.
The doctor can also set the next visit date with one tap: three days, a week, two weeks or a month. The day before, the patient gets a reminder.
In the lab
Tests ordered by the doctor appear in the lab's list. A starter list of common tests (CBC, sugar, LFT, Typhidot, dengue and more) is already there with normal ranges you can change. Results outside the range are marked H or L. When the report is ready, the patient is told and gets a link to it, so they don't have to come back for a paper.
Admitted patients
The bed board shows which beds are free, occupied or being cleaned. You admit a patient with an advance deposit, add medicines, procedures and rounds as they happen, and move them to another bed if needed. At discharge, the bed days are added, deposits are taken off, and any extra is refunded.
Money
Every bill and payment goes into the books. The collection report shows the day's money by payment method, what was billed for consultation, lab and beds, and each doctor's patients and share.
The pharmacy
If you run a pharmacy with the clinic, use the POS with the medical store pack for it. That gives you batches and expiry dates on every medicine.
The Hospital module is Rs 599 a month after the free trial.
