A shop makes money twice: once when it sells, and once when it buys well. Most owners know their selling price by heart but couldn't tell you what each dealer charged last month.
Purchase orders
Make a purchase order for a dealer and send it on WhatsApp. When the goods arrive, check them against the order and receive what actually came.
Dealer bills
Enter the dealer's bill and the stock goes up with the right cost. The dealer's khata shows what you owe, and paying them is one entry. The cost of each item feeds your profit report, so munafa stays real.
What to order
The Kya mangwana hai list shows items running low and how fast they sell. Next to each one you see the last price from each dealer, so you can order each item from the cheapest one. Dealers' and wholesale apps' price lists can be uploaded to compare them too.
