Joggers, sandals, chappals, school shoes and khussa a shoe shop keeps, and how to count stock by size.

A shoe shop lives and dies by sizes. A design that sells well is no use if size 8 is finished and nobody noticed. Counting pairs by size by hand takes a whole day.
What is in the Shoes / footwear list
This is the starting list Munshi adds when you choose Shoes / footwear: 22 items in 4 sections, each with its Urdu and English name and the right unit. Prices are left for you, because they differ from city to city.
| Section | Examples | Items |
|---|---|---|
| Gents | Formal Shoes, Khussa / Kheri, Peshawari Chappal, Sandal, Joggers | 7 |
| Ladies | Heels, Ladies Khussa, Ladies Sandal, Pumps, Ladies Chappal | 6 |
| Kids | School Shoes, Kids Joggers, Kids Sandal, Kids Chappal | 4 |
| Accessories | Socks, Shoe Polish, Laces, Insole, Shoe Horn | 5 |
You can rename, delete or add items at any time, and add a second list if you sell more than one kind of goods.
Tips for this kind of shop
- Add each design once with its sizes, so stock is counted per pair and per size.
- Use the pair as the unit, not the piece.
- Before Eid and school opening, check which sizes are low and order those only.
