Appointments for salons and service shops, without the double booking

Salons, parlours, physiotherapists and repair shops all lose money the same way: two customers booked at the same time with the same person, and customers who simply forget to turn up.

Services and staff

Your services are set up like products, with a price and how long they take. Staff members are added once. A booking can be with a particular person or with anyone free.

The diary

Each day shows who is booked when. Walk-in customers go into the same diary as phone bookings, so a staff member is never given two people at once.

Online booking

Turn on your booking page and share the link on WhatsApp, Instagram or your Google listing. Customers pick a service and see only the times that are actually free. You get the booking straight away.

Reminders

If the WhatsApp & SMS module is on, customers get a reminder before their appointment. It is a small thing, but it is the main reason people stop forgetting.

When the work is done

Press Done & paid and the appointment becomes a normal POS bill with the service and any products sold. The money goes into the day's cash like every other sale.

The Appointments module is Rs 249 a month and works with the POS.
