• Every karigar's CNIC is checked by the Munshi team before they are listed.
• Reviews come only from finished jobs, so they are real.
• Tap Bulayein to ask one karigar, or Jaldi bulayein to send the request to the nearest free karigars — the first to accept comes.
• Follow the job: accepted, on the way with arrival time and location, and a 4-digit arrival code you give only when they reach you.
• Pay the karigar directly — cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank. Munshi does not hold your money.
• Need it regularly, like AC service every 3 months? Ask for a regular service and the job is created by itself when it is due.
• A problem? Report it from the job page; the Munshi team looks into it.
