Restaurant mode: tables, kitchen screen, riders and QR menu
Run dine-in, takeaway and delivery from one screen: open tables, send orders to the kitchen, track riders' cash and let guests order from a QR menu.

A dhaba, café, pizza shop or banquet has different needs from a kiryana. Munshi's Restaurant mode is built for them.
Tables and running orders
Set up floors and tables once. Tap a table to open it, add items as the guests order, move or merge tables, and take payment when they leave — cash, card, wallet or split between guests. Service charge and delivery charge are added automatically where you use them.
Kitchen screen (KOT)
Each order goes to the kitchen screen by station (tandoor, karahi, drinks) instead of paper slips. The cooks tap when a dish is ready; waiters see it at once.
Delivery and riders
Delivery orders are given to a rider; Munshi tracks how much cash each rider must bring back, so nothing goes missing at night.
QR menu on every table
Print QR cards for your tables. Guests scan, see the menu with prices and order from their phone; the order lands on your tables screen.
foodpanda and WhatsApp orders
Orders from foodpanda and your WhatsApp order bot arrive in the same place as dine-in orders, so the kitchen has one list.
Recipes and food cost
Link each dish to its ingredients (a recipe). Every sale then takes the ingredients out of stock, and Munafa shows the real profit per dish.
PRA and other tax authorities
Restaurants in Punjab can send every bill to PRA with its invoice number and QR on the receipt (other authorities where supported). Bills are never blocked if the authority's server is down — they are sent again later.
Tip: use deals (combo meals) for your best sellers. The kitchen screen splits them into the right dishes automatically.
