Salary day should not be a fight over "kitni chhuttiyan theen". Munshi keeps staff records for any size of business.
For a small shop: simple Staff
- Haazri: mark who came today in one tap, or let workers scan their own QR card.
- Peshgi (advance): give an advance from the galla or bank and choose how many months to cut it from salary.
- Salary sheet: at month end Munshi shows each worker's salary, minus absent days and advance installments, plus sales commission — and any galla shortage. Pay in one tap; the kharcha and the books update by themselves.
For companies: full HR and payroll
Switch to the full (Poora) mode for:
- employee profiles, documents and expiry alerts,
- attendance from fingerprint/face machines (ZKTeco), QR cards or the phone, with shifts, rosters and overtime,
- leave requests and approvals,
- payroll with allowances, bonuses, loans, income tax and other deductions, reviewed and approved by different people and then locked,
- salary slips employees download from their own portal,
- a bank salary file for HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, Alfalah and others, with every IBAN checked,
- exit and final settlement.
Everything reaches the books
When payroll is paid, Munshi posts the salary cost, tax withheld, advances recovered and the money paid from the bank — so your profit already includes salaries and the balance sheet shows what staff still owe.
The AI HR assistant
Ask "Aaj kaun ghair haazir hai?" or "Is mahine overtime kitna bana?" and get the answer from your own records.
Tip: give every worker a QR card on day one. Attendance disputes disappear when people mark their own haazri.
